Launch SnapGrid Window Manager from Applications. macOS will prompt you for Accessibility access — click Open System Settings and enable SnapGrid Window Manager in the list.
Click the SnapGrid Window Manager icon in your menu bar, choose a layout, then drag any app window into a zone. That is all.

To remove SnapGrid Window Manager, quit the app from the menu bar, then drag SnapGrid.app from Applications to the Trash. Any saved layouts and preferences stored on your Mac will be removed as well.
